Back in the ancient times of the late 1900s, when beepers, chain wallets, and even beanie babies were cool and TLC was an R&B group and not a channel popular for such profound entertainment as 90 Day Fiance and Dr. Pimple Popper… computers and the internet were pretty new to most people. Alas, humans always seek to connect, so even back in the prehistoric times, people were looking to hook up via the web and as per usual, particularly creepy always find a way to take advantage of any convenience.
